Instructions
 

  • Combine white beans, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to a food processor. Pulse until smooth, adding water as needed until desired consistency (careful not to get too watery).
  • Transfer dip to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil. Serve with tapenade, mixed olives, and fresh vegetables and crackers.

Notes

  • Leftovers & Storage: Store dip, tapenade, and mixed olives separately from vegetables and crackers in refrigerator for up to five days, or until veggies begin to wilt or brown.
