Blood Orange Kiwi Mint Salad, a simple winter citrus fruit salad with blood oranges, kiwi, fresh mint leaves, and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt. A simple seasonal treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 blood oranges
  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 7-8 mint leaves
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Slice and arrange fruit: Slice oranges and kiwi into 1/4 inch rounds, then slice off peels and arrange on a plate.
    2 blood oranges, 2 kiwis
  • Top with honey and mint: Drizzle honey, top with mint leaves.
    2 teaspoons honey, 7-8 mint leaves, 1 pinch flaky sea salt

Notes

Notes: sea salt is optional, but it really gives another depth of flavor to this sweet fruit salad
Tools Needed: knife set, cutting board
Leftovers and Storage: store fruit salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days
