Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine dressing ingredients: Add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to a small jar, bowl, or salad dressing shaker.
    ½ cup extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon dijon mustard, 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • Mix until well combined: Shake the jar or salad shaker, or mix with a whisk if using a bowl, until the ingredients are well combined and form a thicker, viscous texture.
  • Serve or store dressing: Serve dressing immediately, or store covered in a jar or container in the refrigerator for up to four days. Shake well when using again.

Prep ahead: Prep the dressing up to four days before serving; shake well before using.
Leftovers and storage: Store leftover dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days. Do not freeze.
